You understand and accept that services will be provided at our professional discretion, and we reserve the right to determine the approach and methodology used to deliver these services. This includes, but is not limited to, the style, format, and scope of marketing materials or collaborative tools.

For creative outputs such as photographs, videos, and designs, the final post-production, editing styles, effects, and overall presentation will be at our discretion. Upon the purchase of creative materials, you hereby assign to us the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish such materials for editorial, trade, advertising, educational, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

Resolving disputes

If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, then the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by an expert arbitrator from Norway or as agreed upon by the parties. The cost of Arbitration shall be borne by the party making a claim.

Third-Party Rights

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall confer any rights upon any third party. The agreement created by these terms and conditions is between you and Brokerwall.

Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions and the relationship between you and Brokerwall shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Norway.

Entire agreement

These Terms, service agreement and any other agreement contained on the site or agreed by the parties constitute the entire agreement between you and Brokerwall.
